The Director
D r. Kim Metcalf is the Director of The Evaluation Center. Dr. Metcalf served as professor and Director of the Indiana Center for Evaluation at Indiana University from 1991 through 2004. The most visible of his projects during that time was the seven-year evaluation of the state-funded voucher program in Cleveland, Ohio. His work has been recognized by the U.S General Accounting Office for its fairness and comprehensiveness, and the American Evaluation Association named his evaluation of the voucher program the Outstanding Evaluation of 2004. Adding to his experience, Dr. Metcalf served as Director of Research and Assessment for the Monroe County Community Schools in Bloomington, Indiana in the years immediately before joining the University of West Georgia to head The Evaluation Center.
